The International Labour Organisation (ILO) invites local employment partnerships to submit projects proposals within the project ‘European Union Support to Local Employment Partnerships - Phase II’ (LEP II) funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the ILO in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The Call is prepared by the ILO, which is responsible for the implementation of the support program, contracting and monitoring of the process in which the grants will be used.
Total indicative available budget allocated for this Public call is BAM 3,2 million and it will be allocated to minimum of 20 local employment partnerships. Grant funds range from a minimum of EUR 120,000 to a maximum of EUR 160,000, noting that project applicants must secure co-financing from their own resources in the amount of at least 10% of the total project value.
The aim of the Call for Proposals is to ensure the creation and implementation of programs for activation and integration of unemployed persons into local labour markets by local employment partnerships.
This Call for Proposals is intended for all labour market actors who are members of existing employment partnerships in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as those who intend to form partnerships in order to increase opportunities for formal employment at the local level.
