“With the financial help of the European Union, the ILO will support a minimum of twenty LEPs in BiH. Their projects will be reflected in the map upon conclusion of the selection process in December 2021.”

During its first phase, the LEP project supported the development of 19 local employment partnerships under two public calls for submission of project proposals for the period 2016 to 2019. The total value of implemented projects is EUR 3,119,604.53, of which the amount of awarded grant support of EUR 2,693,097.46 is allocated for employment in the following sectors:

1. Agriculture - 638,680.37 EUR
2. Metal / wood - 1,326,543.50 EUR
3. Textiles / footwear - 48,152 EUR
4. Stone processing - 47,984.39 EUR
5. Tourism - 190,878.81 EUR
6. Self-employment - 193,729.26 EUR
7. Other sectors (IT, transport, care ...) - 247,129.14 EUR
